Chelsea identifies Hazard's replacement.

According to Football Direct News,Chelsea are tracking Real Sociedad winger Antoine Griezmann as a potential replacement for Belgian star Eden Hazard .

PSG are said to be lining up a summer move for Hazard who Blues boss Jose Mourinho would surely not consider selling, though perhaps in the fear that the 23 year old would seek a move back to Ligue 1 the West London side are preparing for the worse.

Wide-man Griezmann is having the best season of his career displaying consistent form that has led to a first senior French national team cap, netting 18 goals in all competitions and is a player who arguably deserves a move to a club more befitting his ability and would jump at the chance of a move to Chelsea.

Some may argue that should Chelsea lose Hazard then they have plenty of creative attacking talent in their squad to not have to make a move for a replacement.

Mourinho has the likes of Oscar, Willian, Mohamed Salah, Andre Schurrle and loaned out Brazilian Lucas Piazon to call upon should Chelsea lose Hazard.
