Mourhino-Chelsea Will Progress

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho admits he is 'grumpy', but is convinced his side can score the three or four goals necessary against Paris Saint-Germain to progress to the semi-finals of the Champions League.

Mourinho's men are 3-1 down from the first-leg in Paris last week and admits nobody expects them to overturn the deficit, and may even risk an unfit Samuel Eto'o to add to the firepower.
Chelsea must produce a repeat of the 2012 last 16 second leg against Napoli, where Roberto Di Matteo's side won 4-1 and eventually went on to win the competition.

And Mourinho says only the very best is needed from his players, and is in supremely confident mood ahead of his biggest match of the season so far.

'Do I think we are going to win? Yes, I think so,' said Mourinho. 'That’s the most important thing for you to listen. I think we are going to win.

'I’m not grumpy. Not really. Just a little bit,' he added. 'I believe and my players believe. The reasons are not so important. If Paris is knocked out it will be a big disappointment for them.

'If we are knocked out it’s something at this moment lots of people are expecting. That’s the reason we have to enjoy the risk of the situation.

Eto'o, who has been out since the 6-0 win over Arsenal last month with a hamstring injury, may be risked with Chelsea desperately needing goals.
Mourinho said: 'Is [Eto'o] fit fit? I don’t think he is, but play tomorrow? Maybe.

'At the end of the two legs I think we are going to score more goals than them.

'At the moment it’s 3-1, I think in the end it can be 4-3 or 5-4. If I don’t think that way I don’t go to the game. And I am happy to go.

'At 9.30pm we can be out and we know this. But at 7.45pm we have chances to be in the SF. We have to be at 7.45pm with smiles on our faces, ready to go out to give everything. At 7.45pm we believe we can do it.

'We need to win. We need to win. They have to show their quality, confidence, ambition, all the qualities that makes a player play at the top level and a team play at the top level.'
